  • That's what the planning call is for. If you're torn between two, bring both — we'll figure out which one will make the biggest difference and start there.

  • We scope realistically on the planning call so the day is achievable. If something falls outside what's doable in a day, I'll flag it upfront and we'll either adjust the scope or note it as a next step in your handover.

  • No. I'll let you know if I need a quick decision, but otherwise you're free to get on with your work. The whole point is to take it off your plate.

  • After the planning call I'll send a short list of anything I need from you — logins, brand assets, existing content. The more that's ready before the day, the more we get done.

  • Absolutely. Some clients book a series of days to knock over several projects. We can plan that on the call.
