From organic-only to a 7x return and 1,000+ new subscribers

How we built our client a full-funnel Meta ads engine - leads under $2, a 7x ROAS on their seasonal course promo, and over a thousand new email subscribers in six months.
THE CLIENT
Next Phase Women’s Wellness, an online program supporting women’s health. A purpose-driven business with a genuinely good offer, ready to grow the audience it could reach.
The starting point
The client had developed an online program to take to market, but no paid marketing behind it. Up to that point, growth had come slowly and organically - predominately through email marketing.
It was working, just not fast enough. They needed a way to consistently reach new women, build their list, and actually sell the program when it opened — without relying on organic reach to do all the heavy lifting.
What we did
We built a full-funnel advertising strategy across Meta (Instagram and Facebook) - not just a one-off boost, but a connected system across all three stages:
Awareness - getting the right women to discover the business in the first place
Lead generation - inviting them into a private Facebook group and an online quiz to grow the email list
Sales - converting that warm audience when the program opened
And because the ads are only as good as where they land, we supported the campaigns on the Kajabi side too when required - building landing pages and email sequence delivery whenever a campaign needed them. Ad and destination working as one, rather than two disconnected pieces.
The results
The funnel did exactly what a good one should — brought new people in cheaply, nurtured them, and converted them when it counted:
Leads came in consistently at under $2 each, feeding both a private Facebook group and an online quiz - over a thousand new email subscribers in six months. Then, when the course opened for its seasonal promotion, the campaigns delivered a 7x purchase ROAS.
Worth noting: that 7x is on purchases directly through the sales campaign alone. It doesn’t even count the warm leads collected earlier in the funnel buying off the email list - so the real return on the whole system is stronger still.
